broccoli, potato and bacon quiche

We LOVE quiche. My husband's mother made it for him every week after he was diagnosed with hyperglycemia. So, here's a quiche recipe with some of my favorite ingredients (potato, bacon, and broccoli), how am I going to NOT try it? Or like it? I picked this up from the Pillsbury website.

Ingredients For broccoli, potato and bacon quiche

19 ozfrozen roasted potatoes with broccoli and cheese sauce

1pie crust shell

4eggs
-
2/3 cheavy whipping cream

7 slicebacon

1 cshredded parmesan cheese

1 cshredded cheddar cheese

1/2 tspdried basil leaves

1/2 tsppepper
-
1/4 tspparsley flakes

1/8 tspsalt
-
1 tspfinely chopped fresh chives
How To Make broccoli, potato and bacon quiche

1Heat oven to 350*F. Cook frozen potatoes with broccoli and cheese sauce in microwave as directed on bag.

2Meanwhile, prepare pie crust as directed on packaging (use 9" pie plate if not provided).

3In large bowl, beat eggs and whipping cream with wire whisk until well blended. Stir in cooked vegetables and remaining ingredients except chives. Pour filling into crust; spread evenly. Sprinkle chives over filling.

4Bake 30 - 40 minutes or until edge of filling is light golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
