I made this up pretty quick for a small get together at my husbands professor's house. Everyone from Joshes (my husbands) Kenya trip got together to share photo's and talk about things from the trip. It was fun to listen to the stories and my dip was a hit!

Ingredients For spinach and cheese dip

cream cheese
1/2 c

mayonnaise
1/4 c

green onions, sliced
2 c

fresh spinach chopped
1 c

italian blend shredded cheese
3/4 c

of chopped fresh red peppers
1 clove

garlic

How To Make spinach and cheese dip

Beat cream cheese, mayo, garlic, and onions in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until blended.

Stir in Spinach then pepper, and cheese; cover and refrigerate for an hour.

Serve with garlic roasted bagel chips.
