Lori, Scoring means to make a mark in the dough to make it easier to
cut when you are ready to use a product, Size of pieces are up to you.

Do you mean to score each of the 8 pieces in each round? i.e. place them on the baking sheet, scores them & then break them apart after baking?

How do you mean "score" the dough?
