Breakfast or Dessert?? Any day is crepes day if you want to surprise someone "SPECIAL" mom, sis, or loved ones. This is a favorite of mine, and I top mine with whip cream or powder sugar, or both; even ice cream or sour cream. Sometimes I will even use a fruit flavored yogurt. These are sooo good. Hope you'll take time to "Surprise Your Special Someone." Enjoy!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Fruity, fresh, fluffy, light, delicate ... we could go on and on. The Kitchen Crew tried them with whipped cream and vanilla yogurt - we liked both. Before we knew it we had eaten everything! Perfect for a brunch, luncheon, special occasion dinner, breakfast, dessert ... these are just yummy!
