How To Make spaghetti pie

  • 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a deep dish pie pan.

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add the pasta, cook al dente according to package directions, and drain well. Add the butter and let it melt in the warm pasta. Add the eggs and Parmesan cheese and mix to coat.

Meanwhile, cook the Italian sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess grease, add the marinara, and simmer for 10 minutes.

In a medium bowl, stir the ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  • 5
To assemble, press the spaghetti mixture into the prepared pie plate. Spoon the ricotta mixture on top of the spaghetti and spread it with an offset spatula. Spoon the sauce over the ricotta mixture and top with the remaining shredded mozzarella.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the casserole has heated through. Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
