It's a seasoning packet mixture of coriander, annatto, cumin & garlic. I don't think there is anything that compares to it. But you can make this dish without it, just season to your taste. (my daughter NEVER buys Sazon seasoning, and makes it all the time!)

I can not find this in any store where I live. ( the sazon seasoning) can you tell me what it compares too?

Isn't it a wonderful addition to dishes? Without anyone really knowing something "strange" is there but they KNOW it's BETTER!!!!!! Nothing you can really "put your finger on"
