I have this in the oven now and it smells Heavenly. But, the ingredient list calls for 2 sticks of butter or margarine. The directions don't mention the butter, other than using a buttered pan. But, it doesn't take 2 sticks of butter to butter the pan. Could you please clarify what to do with the 2 sticks of butter? I cut up a stick and added it to the pudding so I hope it turns out. LOL
