This is More of a "CAKE LIKE TEXTURE" than firm and solid pound cake texture, But wonderful Flavor, Light and fluffy cake. I would not call this a pound cake. . . but rather a "nice Fluffy light cake". . . A very good tasty cake.

Oh when I saw this I had this huge urge to Drizzle dark chocolate and finely chopped almonds or macadamia on this. And the temp? Texas Coconut Pound Cake
