It wasn't until I was in my 60's that I started really learning how to cook. I had learned that I was really a baker, because I followed the recipe to the letter. When I took a few cooking lessons at Le Cordon Bleu, they offered Saturday classes for the home cook. I really started to cook. Before my husband was the chef at home, now it's me. I love to cook. I experiment a lot, with new recipes. I'm a Photographer, so I love to photograph my creations.
