I Made This Cake And Sub. Splenda Instead Of Sugar And Egg Beaters Instead Of Eggs.. I Also Put It Inside A Bundt Pan Instead Of An Oblong And Covered Mine With A Chocolate Glaze And My Own Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting.. It Turned Out Very Pretty, However It Was A Tad Bit Dry.. Next Time I May Add A Little Applesauce To Make It A Little More Moist. I Was Making A Lower Fat, Low Sugar Version And It Worked Well.  Debbie

Next time I may add a little applesauce to make it a little more moist. I was making a lower fat, low sugar version and it worked well. Debbie

This picture made my mouth water! I was thinking about substituting Splenda for the sugar myself today, so glad I saw you had and it was a tad dry. I'll try adjusting the recipe too. Thanks for the great pic!
