Donna- they are really good, and since I've posted this recipe I've discovered that the best way to get a light, puffy cookie is by using "Splenda Brown Sugar for Baking" instead of regular brown sugar. You'll want to use half the amount of the Splenda. Give them a try... they're a bit tedious, but I find the tedium relaxing. xxoo
