I have never made this using white sauce. I will try this. I also found that using Giada's vegetable marinara is like using mama's homemade marinara, makes everything taste so homemade. It is sold at Target. The other sauces can't touch the vegetable marinara. thanks for sharing this recipe. I am going to try this tonight!
