This book (#1) is dedicated to my mother, Sandra I. Knippel (Born: 6/3/41 - Died: 9/18/11). All these recipes in this cookbook are her receipes (where she got them - who know's). She has some recipes in here from her friends as well.

Please excuse some of the recipes, as they are written by her - no amounts, no serving amount, etc.

I hope you enjoy this cookbook, since it brings back so many memories of her. Rest in peace Mom.

Kimmi, I know your Mom is smiling down on you right now and is so proud of you. This cookbook will be a great remembrance of your mom, what a wonderful idea. Sorry about her passing, but someday you will be reunited and be at peace together... LOL, Hugs sweetie, and thanks for sharing alot of her recipes along with your favorites too......God Bless....

Kimmi great book , I knew with all of the recipes being posted that you where making a book and it turned out great , can't wait to see your next one. It's nice to be-able to put them all in cookbook form huh. :D

Yes, I have made several myself and 2 just for my own recipes, giving them to my daughter that got married last year for a Christmas gift. If we could put 100 in that would be great!

I am working on more. She had a ton of recipes, it'll probably make about 4 books since we can only have 50 recipes per cookbook. They should allow at least 100 recipes per book. Don't you think?
