1 cup nondairy milk, such as coconut, almond, or cashew

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (not dutch)

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
