2 carrots, cut into 1″ pieces

2 medium potatoes, cut into 1″ pieces

1 bell pepper, cut into 1″ pieces

4 pieces Tyson chicken
•
2 Tbsp Grandma’s molasses
•
2 Tbsp ketchup (I used Hunt’s.)
•
2 Tbsp Mountain Ridge honey
•
2 Tbsp maple syrup (I used Coombs Family Farms organic maple syrup.)
•
1/2 Tbsp McCormick Italian seasoning
•
1/2 tsp Morton salt
•
1/2 tsp McCormick pepper
•
1/4 tsp McCormick garlic powder
•
1/4 tsp McCormick onion powder
•
2 Tbsp butter, cut into small pieces (I used Land O’Lakes.)
•
1 Tbsp Argo cornstarch + 3 Tbsp water (to thicken sauce, optional)
