Stir Fried Beef with Vegetables

2 C. Frozen Ground Meat Mix*
1/4 C. Water
2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 tsp. Instant beef bouillon granules
3/4 C. Boiling water
2 Tbsp. Cooking oil
1 Clove garlic (minced)
1 tsp. Grated ginger root
1 C . Thinly sliced cauliflower
1 C. Bias sliced carrots
2 C. Chopped spinach leaves
1 C. Fresh pea pods
1 C. Sliced fresh mushrooms
1 C. Fresh bean sprouts
Hot cooked rice


1In a saucepan, combine Ground Meat Mix*, and 1/4 cup of water. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes; break up meat mixture with a fork. Cover; cook 5 minutes longer. Set aside. In a small mixing bowl, combine soy sauce and cornstarch; stir in bouillon granules. Add 3/4 cup of boiling water; stir to dissolve granules. Set aside. Preheat large skillet or wok over high heat; add oil. Stir fry garlic and ginger root in hot oil for 30 seconds. Add cauliflower and carrots; stir fry for 3 minutes. Add vegetables; stir fry 2 minutes. Remove vegetables to medium size mixing bowl. Add more oil to skillet or wok, if necessary. Add meat mixture to hot skillet or wok; stir fry 2 to 3 minutes. Stir bouillon mixture; add to skillet or wok. Cook and stir until bubbly. Return vegetables to wok; stir to combine. Cover; cook 1 minute.
