2 pounds whole-milk ricotta
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups grated Parmigiano Reggiano
4 ounces speck or prosciutto, very thinly sliced
18 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package directions, drained and cooled
1/2 cup shredded Pecorino Romano
