I seem to always struggle with the texture of potato soup. I am always looking for the creamy texture and this recipe does so well with it.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 4-5
    potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 can(s)
    10 3/4oz. each cream of celery soup
  • 1 1/3 c
  • 4 2/3 c
  • 6.6 oz
    package instant mashed potatoes
  • 2 c
    celery, chopped

How to Make Slow Cooker Potato Soup


  1. Place potatoes, soups and water into a slow cooker; heat on high setting until potatoes are tender about 2-3 hours
  2. Add milk and instant potatoes to reach desired consistency, stirring constantly.
  3. Heat 2-3 hours longer; spoon into bowls to serve.
