Years ago when I was heavy and was on Weight Watchers, this soup was a life saver, if you where still hunger after eating you could eat this soup and as much as you wanted as its was considered a free food on the program in those days.

    head of cabbage chopped
  • 3 large
    onions chopped
  • 3
    celery stalks chopped
  • 2 large
    green peppers chopped
  • 2 can(s)
    tomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid

How to Make Peal A Pound Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all ingredients in a large stock pot and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil and then simmer until vegetables are tender.
