This is a very healthy soup and great for cool weather. It's low in calories and saturated fat with lots of protein. Don't tell them it's good for them!

(14.5 oz.ea.) reduced-sodium chicken broth
(15 oz.) red kidney beans, drained
(15 oz.) canellini beans, drained
(14.5 oz.ea.) diced tomatoes
carrots, thinly sliced
(12 oz.) rotini
(10 oz.) frozen spinach, thawed
How To Make
Place broth, beans, tomatoes (with juice), carrots, scallions, and Italian seasoning in slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW setting for 4 to 6 hours.
When soup is almost ready, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and add to cooker with spinach; stir.
Cover and cook another 15 minutes.
