Hamburger Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

1-1/2 lbs. lbground beef

1 largeonion, diced

2 clovegarlic (or 2 tsp. garlic powder)

3-4 mediumpotatoes, diced (i use russet potatoes)
-
4 cbeef broth
-
2 cwater
-
15 oz. can(s)tomato sauce
-
28 oz. can(s)diced tomatoes
-
2 Tbspdried italian seasoning
-
4-5 cfrozen mixed vegetables (or more depending on how "vegetably" you like your soup

·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Hamburger Vegetable Soup
- In a large Dutch oven, brown ground beef with the diced onion and garlic. Drain fat from the pot.
- Add the broth, water, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, seasonings. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in all the vegetables. Return lid to the pot and simmer for about 20 minutes or until vegetables are cooked through.
