How to Make grace123'S home made veggie soup

  1. put everything in a stock pot except the instant potatoes bring to a boil and turn down to simmer 4 about a 1/2 hour-45 mins. they got to all get happy in the pot lol[little cookin humor]
  2. then add 1 cup instant potatoes, and let thicken a little. if still really loose add another 1/2 cup let it thicken up.
  3. u want it to be a little thick but not mushy. i don't think any seasoning is needed here because when u taste it, i'm sure u will agree. if not u can add salt and pepper to ur taste. me its fine the way it is. hope u like it
