Ingredients For chilled cucumber soup

6un peeled cucumbers
-
1 1/2vidalia onions
-
2either veggie or chicken bullion cubes or 1 can chicken or veggie stock
-
1 or 2 c1-2% milk
-
4-6 ccottage cheese, lowfat
-
1 Tbspbutter buds or butter flavoring ***optional only
-
1 bunchdill chopped or 4 tablespoons dry dil
-
1 tspcumin powder (must be fresh or leave out) ****optional
-
salt & pepper to taste

2 ccrushed ice
How To Make chilled cucumber soup

1take your chopped cucumber, onion, dill, spices, stock or bullion, milk, cottage cheese & whirl in the blender

2add crushed ice & thin or thicken with either stock or milk to your preference. I like mine like a thick cream-based consistency & sometimes add more ice to make it really chilled; especially if it is to be served on a hot summers day! :-)
