2 cfresh or 1 package (12 ounces) frozen green peas, thawed

1 cstemmed and packed baby kale leaves

1container (6 ounces) nonfat, plain greek yogurt

1/4 cshredded parmesan cheese

2 tspfresh thyme leaves

1/4 tspsalt

1/8 tspfresh ground black pepper

1 mdyellow sweet bell pepper, cut into strips

1 mdorange sweet bell pepper, cut into strips

garnish with a stem of fresh thyme
How To Make fresh green pea and parmesan dip

1Combine peas and kale in a microwave-safe container with lid. Add 3 tablespoons of water and cook on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until just tender. Pour into a colander and allow to cool.

2In a food processor, combine peas and kale, yogurt, Parmesan cheese, thyme, salt and pepper. Process until smooth. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with pepper strips.
