    cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

    red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

    italian style green beens, rinsed and drained

    uncooked small pasta shells
  • 1 bunch
    fresh chopped spinach

    italian seasoning

How to Make Monika's Minestrone

Step-by-Step

  1. Start by placing olive oil in a large pot, add in carrots, onions, celery, zucchini...cook about 5 mins, stirring often.
  2. add in the rest of the ingredients and simmer 30 mins.
  3. garnish with parmesan cheese...It's that easy.
