Ingredients For spicy southwest corn cheese soup

    frozen sweet corn, 10 ounce thawed and drained
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 3/4 lb
    pasteurized cheese, 12 ounce velveeta
  • 1 can
    chopped green chillies
  • 3/4 c
    chicken broth
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    cilantro, fresh chopped

How To Make spicy southwest corn cheese soup

    Cook and stir corn and garlic in butter in a large saucepan on medium low heat till tender.

    Stir in remaining ingredients; cook until Velveeta is melted and soup is heated through. Top each serving with crushed tortilla chips if desired.
