As you can see I like quick and easy! Since my hubby and I work I like things I can put together quick, but still taste great. Have on a cold day or if you are wanting a easy dinner to throw together. I always keep these ingredients in my pantry.....it is also great when you have unexpected guest and need to throw something together quick!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef or turkey
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onions
  • 1 can(s)
    light kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    dark kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    diced tomatoes
  • 2 tsp
    sugar
  • 1
    envelope chili-o mix
  • 1/2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 2 can(s)
    15 oz cans tomato sauce

How to Make Quick Easy Chili

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown ground beef or turkey and chopped onions. Drain. In a large pot, add everything, and stir together. Cook on medium heat till heated.
  2. Serve with shredded cheese, crackers or onions. If you are from up north make some spaghetti noodles and top with chili, cheese and onions! Corn bread also goes well with it.
