    ground beef or ground buffalo
  • 1 lg
    onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can
    pinto beans, undrained
  • 1 can
    fire raosted tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 slice
    can tomato paste
  • 1 can
    whole kerrnal white corn, undrained
  • 1 can
    kidney beans, undrained
  • 1 can
    white hominy, undrained
  • cilantro leaves for garnish
  • crushed corn chips for garnish
  • shredded cheddar cheese for garnish
  • sour cream or mexican crema for garnish
  • ripe avocado, chopped for garinish

How To Make taco soup

  • 1
    Sauté meat and onion in a large Dutch oven, until meat is lightly browned.

    Add the other ingredients. Heat thoroughly; simmer about 15 to 20 minutes..
