I am not too much of a tomato soup fan, but I just love this wonderful soup. It not only tastes good, but it also makes a beautiful presentation. Simply add some crunchy garlic breadsticks and you have a special meal in a hurry.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

We'd say this is more of a tomato soup than a bisque but it's delicious. It's so easy to make without any real prep work. Buttermilk adds a wonderfully rich flavor and texture to the tomato soup. Perfect if you are feeling under the weather or just want to sit on your couch with a cozy blanket. Bring on the grilled cheese! Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen
