All the foods you're suppose to eat on New Years for good luck and fortune in one pot! I got the inspiration for this soup from a delicious recipe I tried years ago but it took hours and several steps to make. This version is quick and can be varied to your likes and dislikes. It would be great with some Louisana Hot Sauce or served over rice.
