Ingredients

  • 1 tsp
    ginger chopped course
  • 3
    green onions chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 6 c
    chicken broth low salt or unsalted
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce, light
  • 2 Tbsp
    sherry vinegar
  • 2 medium
    eggs well beaten
  • 2 Tbsp
    corn starch

How to Make EGG DROP SOUP

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook chopped ginger and chopped onions in sesame oil
  2. Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, and sherry vinegar.
  3. Bring to a simmer, ster with a whisk add the egg mixture.
  4. Cook for two minutes.
