1 can

tomatoes, canned italian style with juice
5 1/2 c

vegetable broth
1 clove

garlic, minced
10 oz

spinach, riced and chopped
1 pkg

prepared cheese tortellini
2 Tbsp

grated parmesan cheese

How To Make easy tortellini soup

Bring large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Combine tortellini, spinach, and garlic and bring to a boil; reduce slightly and boil for 7 minutes. Drain and add tomatoes and broth. Simmer for 20 minutes and serve.
