Betty Crocker's Avacado Soup
1 1/2 cwater
2 Tbsplemon juice
1 pkgcheddar cheese, shredded (opt)
1 pkgcorn chips/strips optional
1 pinchcayenne pepper (opt if you like hot)
How to Make Betty Crocker's Avacado Soup
- Cut avacadoes into quarters lengthwise, peel and depit mix with water and milk in blender until smooth (liquify)
- Mix in lemon juice, season salt, (Cayenne pepper if desired) and tomato on medium speed.
- Top with cheese and serve with corn chips or top with tortia crisps and serve as soup.
