I can remember many a day my Aunt Carolyn inviting me to come over and eat with her....she would serve her Cabbage Soup as she called it and I would enjoy it so much. On July 15, 2010 I not only lost my Aunt, I lost my best friend. I miss you so much Aunt Carolyn! *Google pic*

In a 5-qt. Dutch oven pot place sausage in first then add the potatoes on top of the sausage. Add enough water so the sausage and potatoes won't stick to the bottom of the pan. Add onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Add cabbage. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer till potatoes & cabbage are tender. Very Good!
