as a kid while we were out campin dad would get up several mornin a week and go fishin before work... he would clean the fish and put them on ice them we would make them into soup..... soooooo good........

Ingredients For freshest fish soup ever!!!!

1-2 lbfresh water caught filleted fish

2 mdpotatoes,diced
-
1 smonion,diced
-
1 qtmilk
-
2 Tbspreal butter
-
instant potato flakes,as needed
How To Make freshest fish soup ever!!!!

1melt butter in fry pan add fish cook til it flakes easily... remove fish to plate addd potatoes and onions to fry pan cook and stir til fork tender.... and potato browned... add milk heat til hot add potato flakes til thickness u like add fish serve!!!
