My daughter made this fabulous soup for us tonight. She wanted soup and to use up our leftover ham. It came out absolutely wonderful.

8potatoes, peeled and cubed

1onion, diced

16 ozham, cubed

1 tspsalt

1/4 cflour

4 cchicken broth

1 1/2 cheavy cream

1/2 csour cream

1 tspsalt
How To Make katrina's potato & ham soup

1Boil in chicken broth potatoes, ham, salt and onion until potatoes are soft.

2Take a potato masher and mash it all up.

3Add cream, sour cream and flour then stir.

4Bring to a boil for 5 minutes or until it thickens.
