butter
chicken stock
milk
flour
salt and pepper

How To Make cream of celery soup, mom

Saute celery and onion in butter. Add chicken stock to cover and simmer 10 min. Put through a blender. Add milk to make a total of 3 cups liquid. Add flour mixed with milk to thicken and salt and pepper to taste.
