10 ggreen chiles

15 mlcream

2 Tbspgondhoraj lemon juice

100 mlveg stock
How To Make potato leeks and poppy seeds chowder

1Heat oil in a pan till smoking point

2Add cubs potato and leeks , saute little brown then add poppy seeds paste , green chilli and seasoning. add little veg stock and covered till all vegetables are cooked. when its done remove from the fire.

3then add cream and blend smooth paste. after that put little veg stock and seasoning if needed. finish with gondhoraj lemon and fried cubs potato and leeks.
