Ingredients For potato leeks and poppy seeds chowder

  • 200 g
    potato cubes
  • 100 g
    leek
  • 25 g
    poppy seeds
  • 10 g
    green chiles
  • 15 ml
    cream
  • 10 ml
    mustard oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    gondhoraj lemon juice
  • 1 pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 100 ml
    veg stock

How To Make potato leeks and poppy seeds chowder

    Heat oil in a pan till smoking point
  • 2
    Add cubs potato and leeks , saute little brown then add poppy seeds paste , green chilli and seasoning. add little veg stock and covered till all vegetables are cooked. when its done remove from the fire.

    then add cream and blend smooth paste. after that put little veg stock and seasoning if needed. finish with gondhoraj lemon and fried cubs potato and leeks.
