Ingredients

  • 2 can(s)
    italian diced tomatoes
  • 1 can(s)
    kidney beans, canned
  • 1 can(s)
    chili beans
  • 1 large
    green bell pepper
  • 1 large
    red bell pepper
  • 1 large
    onion
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato juice
  • 1 box
    carroll shelby's chili kit
  • 1 1/2 lb
    turkey

How to Make Turkey Chili

Step-by-Step

  1. Chop Bell Peppers and Onions
  2. Add to pot with a little olive oil to the bottom cook till broken down
  3. Chop up left over turkey add to pot, let turkey and peppers simmer
  4. Add drained tomatoes, and beans, let simmer
  5. Add tomato sauce and tomato juice.
  6. Add the chili kit, I just added the masa, seasonings and salt and my own chili powder instead of the cayenne
  7. Simmer till nice and hot and serve with sour cream and cheese :D
