- 2 medium green peppers,chopped
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2-14.5 ounces cans fired roasted diced tomatoes,undrained

- 2-16 ounces cans pinto beans or red beans, rinsed and drained

Step 1Cook bell peppers in a larege saucepan coated with cooking spray 2 mins. Stir in chili powder and cook 1 min. Add tomatoes and salsa;simmer 8 mins. Stir sausage into chili along with beans. Simmer 6-8 mins. or until chili is slightly thickened.Ladle into shallow bowls. garnish as desired.
