This is my updated version of my mother’s chili . The chili magic comes in Traditional , Mild , Texas , RoTel comes in Original and hot . So depending on how spicy you want it depends on which flavors you get.

Ingredients For homemade chili

  • 1ground lb
    chuck or beef
  • 1 Tbsp
    tomato paste
  • 1 md
    onion
  • 1 can
    rotel
  • 2 can
    bushes chili magic (starter)
  • 1 64oz
    tomato juice

How To Make homemade chili

  • 1
    Cook , Chuck and onion together until cooked through. Drain grease.
  • 2
    Put Chuck back into pot , add tomato paste and cook about five minutes. Add chili magic one can at a time rinsing with tomato juice after each addition , stir ingredients together then pour tomato juice and simmer for about an hour. Enjoy
