This is a chili recipe that I made for my kids every Halloween. Every one of my children asked me for the recipe and make it for their families every Halloween.

Ingredients For beef nacho soup

1 1/2 lbhamburger
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning
-
1 jarthick and chunky salsa (any brand)

1 cancanned diced tomatoes

1 cantomato soup
-
1 cantomato paste
-
1 canwater (equal to tomato paste)

1 canchili beans (do not drain)

3 Tbspchili powder ( or to your own taste)

2 Tbspsalt and pepper

3-5 Tbspsugar

2-3 ccheddar cheese
-
1 lgbag nacho chips (plain)

1 smcontainer of sour cream (optional)
How To Make beef nacho soup

1Add taco seasoning to hamburger and brown in dutch oven. Drain the meat and place back into pot.

2Add salsa, diced tomatoes, soup, paste, water, chili beans, chili powder, salt and pepper, sugar.

3Stir all ingredients and bring to light boil. Simmer for 30 minutes to an hour.

4Serve hot. Top with cheddar cheese and chips. Sour cream if so desired.
