8 ozokra, trimmed

1/4 tspcayenne pepper

28 oztomatoes, drained and diced

2 tspminced garlic

How To Make chicken and okra stew

1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

2Place the okra in a bowl with the vinegar and water and let soak for 20 minutes then drain and pat dry.

3Combine and gently mix everything together, being careful not to crush the okra.

4Cover the casserole and place it in the preheated oven.

5Immediately reduce the heat to 350 degrees and cook for 40 minutes.
