And my old recipe is twice as much work too! Weird. At less than 300 calories per cup, this stuff is awesome. You wouldn't think a cup would be very much, but I can barely finish it. It's so good!"

Ingredients For 8 can taco soup

  • 1 can
    (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can
    (15 oz.) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can
    (14.5 oz.) petite diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 can
    (15.25 oz.) can sweet corn, drained
  • 1 can
    (12.5 oz.) white chicken breast, drained
  • 1 can
    (10.75 oz.) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can
    (10 oz.) green enchilada sauce
  • 1 can
    (14 oz.) chicken broth
  • 1
    packet taco seasoning

How To Make 8 can taco soup

    Mix all ingredients together in a large pot.
