My family loves my taco soup. It is good for the party and cold weather. It is so delicious and eat with tortilla chips.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 medium
    onion, diced
  • 2 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 2 pkg
    ranch dressing mix
  • 1-32 oz
    box swanson chicken broth
  • 1-14.5 oz
    can tomato sauce
  • 2-14.5 oz
    cans diced tomatoes with chilies
  • 1-14.5 oz
    can black beans, undrained
  • 1 can(s)
    kernel corn, undrained
  • ·
    for garnish: tortilla, cheddar cheese and sour cream

How to Make Slow Cooker Taco Soup


  1. Saute onions for 2 minutes.
  2. Add ground beef and brown the meat. Drain to excess fat.
  3. Add ground beef mixture and all other ingredients (do not drain corn and black beans) to slow cooker.
  4. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours.
  5. Garnish with sour cream and cheddar cheese.
