I have made this soup for the past 30 years, it's an easy one dish meal , add corn bread and what more would you need??

Ingredients For fall vegetable soup

  • 3 can
    campbell's beef consume
  • 1 can
    16 oz tomatoes
  • 1 c
    chopped celery
  • 2 lb
    ground beef cooked and drained
  • 2 Tbsp
    italian seasoning
  • 3 can
    onion soup o 3 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can
    corn drained
  • 2 c
    chopped carrots
  • 6-8
    potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 tsp
    parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • do not add the beef and you will have a nive vegetable soup

How To Make fall vegetable soup

  • 1
    cook and drain ground beef, add all the other ingredients and cool over med. heat for 1 hr. 30 minutes
