Ingredients For lentisl and spinach

1 pkg16 0z bag dry lentils

1 bag16 oz frozen bag cut leaf spinach

4 clovefresh garlic chopped small

1/2 colive oil
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make lentisl and spinach

1Wash lentils, then put in a large pot with water covering (about 8 cups) boil for about20 min
-
2Saute garlic in olive oil till tender( do not burn)

3Add spinach and garlic and oil to lentils. add salt and pepper . simmer for about 25min or until lentils are tender (serve or freeze )

4Optional >>>>>> I serve with croutons and grated Romano cheese
