Kielbasa Bean Soup

This is my favorite soup! It has great flavor and is so quick and easy. My Mom use to serve this on a cold winter night with hot bread and butter. I always double the recipe because one just isn't enough!

  • 2 c
  • 1 medium
    potato, peeled and diced
  • 2
    carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium
    onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1/3 c
    celery, chopped
  • 8 oz
    smoked kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 can(s)
    1 (11- 1/2 oz) can bean with bacon soup, undiluted
  • ·
    chopped fresh parsley ( optional )

How to Make Kielbasa Bean Soup


  1. In a large saucepan, bring water and vegetables to boil. Simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  2. Add the kielbasa and soup. Heat throughly. Garnish with parsley if desired.
