Step-by-Step

  1. Unwrap cheese sticks and cut each one in half
  2. Cut three small slits in the center of each half, so it looks like knuckle creases.
  3. take a tiny amount of cream cheese on the end of each half and use it to stick one sliced almond at the top for finger nail.
  4. Arrange on a decorative plate. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping if desired.
