Blue Ribbon Recipe

The mix of panko, spinach and artichokes make this one tasty recipe. And the addition of white beans is unusual - but tasty. This is great to serve for the big game, but I plan on making this one for every party!

    frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 can(s)
    artichoke hearts, canned
  • 1 can(s)
    white beans
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 c
    cream cheese
  • 2 c
    asiago cheese, grated
  • 3/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise (use the good stuff!)
  • 1 tsp
    lemon rind, grated
  • 1 pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 3 Tbsp
    panko bread crumbs
